I would like to rent your flat for one academic year (rental period - 10 months). Im coming to Palermo on 27 of September (Thursday), I study law in Poland. I would like to rent it just for myself, so only one person in flat.

Hello! My sister and I are planning to visit Palermo for 2, or perhaps 3 months in the spring of 2014 (May, June and possibly July). I realize it is quite early, but I was wondering if you could let me know the rate and availability for that time period for 2 persons, and also if there is a discount for such a lengthy stay. Our staying at Davide`s apartmant was wonderful. The apartmant is in very good condition, well equipment and also very good located right in center. Davide was great host, he picked us up at station, he gave us a lot of advices and we apreciate that he was still very helpful even we already had left his apartman. We highly recommend this accomodation.
